so I got this frydek about 2 weeks ago via mail, is there anything i can do? humidity level is always in range of the requirements besides shipping.

    Definitely could still be acclimating but could also be overwatering! I only bottom water and for new plants I leave in the “nursery” or shipping pots for at least two weeks. 🥰 give her some time and let the soil dry out a bit!!

    That chunky mix looks dry. How does it feel below the surface?

      i went to bottom water today but it’s only like the top centimeter that’s actually dry which is crazy because i haven’t watered it in maybe 5 days

      I love chunky, but sometimes the results seem unpredictable.

    they’re plugs(2) as well that are potted in about a 5 inch pot

    I just bought one at Home Depot and my leaves started acting the same. Had to put roots in a cup with hydrogen peroxide & move to a super chunky mix (extra orchid mix & perlite) hoping this does the trick!
