I was about to toss this alocasia because it was a stalk with one leaf, now there’s multiple points of new growth popping up from soil. So the naked stalk, let it be? Chop it to the soil once the growth is more established? Keiki paste?
just let it be and see what it does. they're surprisingly resilient

if you don’t like the naked stalk, you could toss that part out, and grow the corms (the new growth babies) seperately. or, if you’re fine with the naked stalk, let it sit and the corms will grow into their own baby plants. what i would do is let it stay until the corms grow 2-3 leaves, and then separate them, and toss out the naked stalk. that way, most of the hassle with growing corms wouldn’t be a problem.

If you wrap some sphagnum moss around the naked part of the stalk, da.pen it and then wrap it with cling wrap it will start to grow roots at the nodes. Once they're of decent size you can chip that part of it off and plant it to have a whole new second plant. It's a type of air layering with alocasia.
