Do you guys think that I can use “Edna's best potting soil” (indoor and outdoor) to repot my alocasia silver dragon? Btw got this baby plant for $4 at Trader Joe’s!

    Looks like it would be too dense, but if you mixed in orchid bark, pumice, and/or perlite, it would be great. I would use roughly half potting soil for these guys

      Thank you! I added pebbles and hopefully that helps with aeration 😂 I had a hunch this would hold onto too much moisture for this guy

    Like previous person make it more chunky and airy otherwise you will end up rotting it’s roots

    Pebbles can be too heavy still and no airy enough perlite and orchid bark is the best way to go especially for alocasias
