If you start a corm off in soil, can you switch it to hydro once it develops leaves? Or would that kill it since it’s used to soil?

I personally wouldn’t do corms in soil. I use a mix of fluval stratum, perlite, and sometimes pon if I’m running low on stratum. I don’t think it would do well going from soil to hydro as a baby… mature plants go through a transition so I imagine as a baby it wouldn’t go well

Oofta. That’s unfortunate. I’ve had them in soil for over a week now. 4 of the corms are starting to come up I believe! Guess we will see what to do when the time comes lol.

Soil will work too… just usually not as quickly. But if you see sprouts that’s great! They usually take 3-4 weeks even in the mediums I mentioned
