Hi all ๐, I hope everyone is having a great day. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is fungal? I've tried everything else and it doesn't seem to be going away and I've heard that having a yellow outline to it could possibly be fungal. Help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
