My Polly list all its leaves one by one. I keep watering it hoping it isn’t dead. Am I waiting my time? Is there any hope?

This happened to mine too. I checked out the roots and they were all soft and falling off, so I think mine had root rot. I took the corms out and put them in sphagnum moss. I watched some YouTube videos about growing alocasias from corms to get more info It might take a few months but hopefully it’ll grow back

What was your leca set up? I just transferred a Bisma and a Jacklyn to leca last week. They’re both unhappy. The Jacklyn is about to lose all its leaves. It didn’t have a lot of soil roots, so I thought maybe it would be fine. The Bisma had A LOT of soil roots and several leaves. It’s in a wick set up, but two leaves are on the downward spirla
