    It could be overwatering if the yellow and brown areas are soft before drying out. Check the roots for dark, smelly and rotting roots. Cut and disinfectant with hydrogen peroxide. Replace the soil. Clean the pots. It could be under watering if the brown areas dries crispy without turning soft. Check for dry rot at the roots. Thoroughly water. Note that insufficient lighting can cause yellowing and dropped leaves. 🪴🍀
