What is the best way to check for corms and how often do you do it? I have a Dragon Scale Albo that is a nice size that probably has some nice corms under the surface; She is in pon if that makes a difference

    I usually pull corms when repotting 🙂

      That's what I would think as well. Wasn't sure if some people check for them more often.

    I had this question too. If it's planted in semihydro I would think it could be done more frequently than when you outgrow a pot. I have mine in stratum & perlite & plan to check in a few months.

      Yes, the I am curious about is in Pon

      I would imagine the plant could be easily pulled out of Pon. As I understand it the roots don't really adhere to the substrate. The bigger question is would regular harvesting "steal" nutrients from the mother plant. I suspect yes. But if the corm is already detached it should be good to remove.
