   This can happen for a few different reasons. Most often that I’ve found is high salts or urea in the substrate. Do a really good flush with RO or rain or water next time you water and consider getting a TDS meter (total dissolved solids) they’re super cheap on Amazon to see if the water you’re using is really high in minerals, most peoples tap water is really not suitable for long term plant health.
