When + how should I repot this (what medium etc.) and should I be adding anything to the water to help it establish its roots? Thanks!

Lisa’s ChaosDisclaimer: I am new to houseplants. But I have grown and am currently growing multiple corms. I grow my corms in a spaghnum lined prop box. For this size I remove from prop box and place in another container keeping the corm surrounded by some of the spaghnum it grew in. Under the spaghnum, I place pon. I keep the water level below the spaghnum (within the pon layer). I’ve had good results doing this. Then I transition to pon once the plant outgrows the initial repot.

There were 2 others but my daughter transplanted them this weekend. She used leca as the base/water level. She prefers leca over pon.

I usually add root drops to moisten the the spaghnum once the corms begin to develop roots until it matures.
