Is it safe to say this is a bloom & not a new leaf?? Bc I’m probably going to chop it off🤣

    I have one of those growing about and inch away from my alocasia as well. I plan on letting it grow until other wise🤷🏾‍♀️

    Plants can modify their tissue at will when producing a new shoot. What seems like an inflorescence can turn into a leaf shall the plant decide it needs to take advantage of more light, or a leaf turning into an inflorescence shall the plant decide its time to settled own and start a family.
