What are the two “balls” with tips on them growing from the base of my alocasia?

    they are corms you can pick them off and leave them in moist moss or some kind of hight moisture retention substrate and they will grow a new alocasia

    The ones that surface are usually smaller If and when you check the roots you are sure to find larger ones!

      Per youtube, corms store nutrients and the larger they are the higher probability they have to grow into a new alocasia. I have 8 in water currently (half submerged) and the larger ones are doing better
