It may be going dormant.. Did it happen pretty fast? If you don't see pests I would guess either dormancy or root rot. Dig her out and see if she gave you any corms to regrow a new plant :)

You can also chop and repot the existing plant in a smaller pot and cover with some sort of humidity dome to try and get her to push new growth. But I would still suggest looking atthe roots for corms or rot.

The very same is happening to my longiloba. All I found is either fungul /bacterial infection or dormancy, I checked the roots they are healthy

Your soil looks pretty dry. How often have you been watering and what’s your humidity like? Alocasias prefer high humidity around 70% and they don’t like to dry out all the way. They also don’t like to be waterlogged so they can be a bit finicky. I keep mine in an ikea greenhouse cabinet to keep the humidity up. If you’re having problems with over or under watering you might try switching to a semi hydro like leca. Good luck!
