Looks like a burn spot, something is magnifying the sun and burning your plant in that spot. In the second pic you can see something being reflected on the wall, maybe it the orange mister? Hope this helps
1 likeI don’t think it’s sunburn. The other leaves would be affected in that wide span of window. The other leaves don’t look too dry or too wet. Nothing obvious in the picture like pests/fungus. See if the roots are root bound. It may need repotting to a slightly bigger pot. Also, check the humidity level. Alocasias like higher humidity. Low humidity can cause dryness and crack on the foliage.
