I was gifted this alocasia from a coworker today. She wasn’t sure on the type. Can anyone ID this for me? And provide tips because I am not a pro when it comes to alocasia. Thanks!

    i feel like it’s pretty hard to tell exactly what kind at this stage… from my experience it could be a dryden, bambino or polly? as for tips, plenty of indirect light and airy, tropical soil mix is super important. or maybe leca if you. have experience with that? i haven’t tried it. also they don’t like to be over watered.

    Definitely a Polly or bambino, wait till it matures a little bit more. If you see more pronounced ridges (if that makes sense) it’s a polly. I’ll attach a pic
