I did this since it had spider mites in the soil. Will it thrive still in just water? I also found a corm. How do I get it to grow?

    It depends but my alocasias love LECA with a dish of water under, as they are prone to root rot :)

      So you don’t put water in the container? Just the leca? I bought some last night.

    i grow most of my alocasia in water and they do well!! the ones i don’t i also grow in leca mixed with a carnivorous soil mix

      Do you just leave it in the container like that with water? I’m so nervous cause I don’t want it to die! Haha

      yes i just change the water out if it starts to get nasty
