Okay so I was gifted this dragon scale and after researching, quickly learned how difficult alocasia's can be. I've had this one for about 3 months, and now all the leaves are crisping up/turning yellow. I'm a chronic underwaterer, but feel like this might be a humidity issue? What can I do to fix it? Any advice would be appreciated!!
They love humidity. Start a misting schedule

Either mist it regular or get a small humidifier. You can also purchase a thermostat from amazon (about 5 bucks or so) that will test the temp and humidity in your home. They like warm moist environments

Misting may not be enough. You are only increasing humidity for a very short time. Grouping your plants close together may help but ultimately you will need a humidifier. I run mine during the day and it goes off at night with the grow lights. I got a couple very cheap thru amazon warehouse.
