I let my alocasia flower and now it’s drooping!! Is this normal? Does it just need time to recover or am I doing something wrong?

I do let all my alocasias flower-I do make sure they are getting fertilized regularly especially when I notice an inflo starting. I now fertilize them weakly with every watering. The lighting is hard to tell in your photo-is it getting a good dose of bright indirect light where it’s at? That may play in also.
1 me gustaIt’s getting indirect light and also has a grow light on it for 8 hours a day so I think it’s good there! But I actually haven’t fertilized which is probably the problem! 🫣 it’s my first winter with my plants and I decided to not fertilize and didn’t connect the dots that since it’s flowering it needs extra nutrients! Thank you!

I cut off my head flowers cause it takes too much energy from the plants development and normally a week after cutting it off a new leaf forms
