Ohhh nooo. She’s turning brown and squishy. It did this to two leaves in July and trimmed em off so I thought I was safe but now I got another mushy leaf. Any ideas?? I’m stumped

Hello I was wondering if someone could help me ID this plant? The app tells me it’s a PPP but then I’ve been told it’s a White Knight but then also told a Red Andersen so now I’m totally confused. I have 2 PPP and this one don’t look like them.

Really struggling with my pink princess. I’ve had her since June and she’s pushed out 1.5 leaves. Is it normal for new PPP leaves to take 1-2 months and look like this? It’s like she’s stuck and I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do. My other philodendrons don’t have this problem :(

So my Philo Melanchrysum was producing a dead leaf, I carefully removed it, may have been a mistake, this is that growth point now. Is it possible it might be ok? Giving lots of humidity as always.

my partner surprised me with a pink princess for our six month anniversary 😭😭😭 he even got a pink pot to go with it. you can imagine the scream that came out of me. i’ve been staring at her obsessively. i love her. if anyone w pink princess experience has any “things i wish i knew when i got my first ppp” tips, please let me know! i’m so excited!!!

I’m having a hard time propagating my newest clipping, a friend of mine gave me a beautiful clipping of her pink princess & it’s been a month nearly yet it still hasn’t started rooting. This is the first time I’ve ever had this problem so I’m unsure what to do 😔 I’ve wanted to add this beauty to my collection for YEARS! I repotted my Pink Princess back in April and ever since it seems to be going down. I’m not sure what to do with it? Do I repot it again and try to make better drainage or should I trim it down? I also feel like it might be losing it’s pink, it is 2 1/2 yrs. It’s growing some babies that seem to be doing good.

I thought it was cool the first time I caught my princess “crying”; when a few drips of water come out the tips of her leaves. She’s relatively new, and I’m still learning. What wasn’t cool was finding her overloaded with water exploding out the side of her leaves rupturing the cells I’m sure and the leaf turns to mush. Obviously I gave her too much to drink.. but I’m wondering how dry do I let her go? My hygrometer hit at a 3 when planta told me to water, it’s the highest “dry” rating you can get before it’s moist. I decided, sure sounds good.. and here we are.

Finally got my hands on a pink princess baby 🥹 this past Sunday August the 27th , but i don’t know if i like the soil, it looks very compact and the new growth looks a little yellow 😭. Should i repot now? Or wait a little? Thanks in advance 🫶🏻
