Beautiful new leaf.
So I plan on repotting this girl today, it came in the mail about two weeks ago and I think it's well acclimated now and she's been a bit rootbound but is this also rot? And why does one root look a little... idk like swollen? Also if it's root rot what's the best course of action?
Saved this beauty from serious root-bound and put it in the longest thing I could find so he can crawl. He’s in east facing window and there are grow lights in the room but not “on” him. He’s pouting. Anyone have a similar issue?
I’m really bummed! I bought this beautiful Birkin a few weeks ago. It was gorgeous when I brought it home. But it seems to be struggling. I potted it with a lipstick plant, which I thought had the same kind of needs. But my Birkin has lost several leaves, and looks like it will lose a couple more, even though it’s putting out new leaves. It’s about 12 feet away from my west facing window, but I’m using a grow light. It has good drainage. I’m keeping the soil damp, not wet. I’m misting it every couple of days as Planta suggests. Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? 😢 The first pic is when I brought it home. The others are from today.
My first new leaf on this baby! It looks like it's gonna be a substantial size increase 👀
Could someone help me? My two variegated leaves on my white wizard are turning yellow and i’m not sure why i don’t water her very often only when planta tells me to and i have them faces away from the window to avoid burn. Any tips would help!
I picked up this new friend yesterday. It’s root bound and growing through the drainage holes in its nursery pot, so I plan to repot next week. It doesn’t necessarily look sick but I think it’s unhappy. :( Any tips or advice is very welcome! Also - Is this a Selloum/Thaumatophyllum?
Hi everyone! I got some new babies this week, and was so pleasantly surprised to have gotten a pretty decently sized pink princess for $20! For reference, I believe my white wizard was $27. Is this what you guys have found to be typical pricing? I love them both, I’m just so curious!
I would appreciate any tips on how to get variegation on a philodendron white knight.
First time repotting with a moss pole does everything look ok?
NEW LEAF ALERT OMG
Can you tell me what type of Philodendrom this is. Im tring to add it to planta and can't find a solid color. Thanks
My newest leaf in my FrankenPhilo pot!
Hi there Philo Parents!! This is not a new thing, but I was just wondering: why do leaves get cuts in them? Even if they’re “new”, I notice that they’ll have little slivers in them. I don’t see any pests and I check regularly Thanks!
Pink princess isn’t looking great. Any tips appreciated! Last watered 3 days ago with fertilizer. She is next to a north facing window. I added a grow light about a month ago. FYI the white/yellow residue is DE, been treating my plants for gnats.
My philodendron ‘white knight’ is growing a new leaf.
Hey everyone! I’ve scanned this a few times and I’m almost 100% sure it’s a philodendron I just don’t know what type. If anyone could help out w a name it would be greatly appreciated!!
Gave this fella a repot after he was growing in his nursery one for 2 years. Loving the new soil and an upsize:) Proud of my big strong son 💪
Does anyone have issues with Pink Princess only producing tiny leaves? Any solutions?
i got this guy back in august as just a little baby. while he’s still a baby, he’s starting to appear much more silver than green. i thought he was a heart leaf philodendron but now im doubting myself; every one i see is vibrant and green. any tips?
