Hi guys! I just got this Brazil yesterday, but Iâm not too sure itâs just a normal Brazil. Can anyone help me identify it? It looks too light in color to be a normal Brazil but it also doesnât look like a cream splash. What throws me is the green isnât dark green like most are and it doesnât really have the signature lime green/yellow striping. The darker part of the leaves is showing up darker in the pictures than it is in person. Any ideas?

Iâm so stoked about this new growth on my Rojo. I had to share with someone who might think this is as exciting as it is to me!
Hi All. Recently bought my first philodendrons. Iâm wondering if/when I should repot this lovely. Root to soil ratio seems pretty good, but sheâs so top heavy and I would like to get her climbing on something soon - have yet to decide what. Currently in a 4â pot. Would sizing up to this 5â x 5â be a good idea? Or should I leave things be for now? Or go up to a 6â pot? Any and all suggestions and observations welcome!
Hey guys update from earlier I took some better photos for identification Can anyone help me Thank you :)
Help with ID please - I decided to rescue this little guy. Look how dusty he is - definitely needs some love I thought it was philodendron Imperial Red?
What kind of philodendron is this?
so, I just bought this blushing philodendron from a trusted plant store, not a big box store more of a local in my area and when i got it it had a little flower bud! i was so excited and i checked on it today to see how it was doing and i noticed the stem around the bud was mushy and white and it came off when i touched it and i unraveled the flower to see this. i keep my room at 67âą F and i have a humidifier and plenty of sunlight! did i do anything wrong?? did it just break in the car and rot maybe? i need some answers because i feel horrid.
Plant is a rescue. Newest leaf has this new almost opaque spot on the back. What is that from?

Planta appreciation post! After getting set up on here last week, I moved my Summer Glory away from the window as recommended by the app. Sheâs already thriving and Iâm walking in my plant room every time I pass just to swoon đ„°
Hey yall! I saved this beautiful gal from Walmart and cleaned and repotted her. I named her Princess Polly and sheâs already perked right up after repotting and fertilizing. Will this leaf ever go green? And any other suggestions to get her to full health?
Iâve been using Planta for a couple months now and most of my plants have really benefited from the customized watering schedulesâŠexcept for maybe this one? I used to water her once a month before I started Planta in February but since her watering schedule increased in frequency following Plantaâs advice Iâve noticed more and more yellow leaves. They are at the top and look like some of the oldest leaves though, so Iâm not sure if it was going to happen anyway or if sheâs not getting enough light at the top or if it really is overwatering. Iâve had her for at least 2 years without seeing this happen before, but we did move last summer. I think she had gotten used to a sunnier spot than I can provide now. Any thoughts?
Anyone else have this plant? Itâs true cordatum. Isnât she beautiful.
Spring Time New Growth đȘŽ
Hey, yall. I found a PPP last night that wasnât in the greatest condition but also not the worst by far. There are quite a few healthy nodes but it came with some stuck leaves that Iâve helped unstick but theyâre coming out brown and kind of dead. The plant itself doesnât look âgreatâ and I canât help but fight the feeling of cutting it down and letting it completely regrow under healthier conditions. (Yes I am aware there are two in the pot) What do you all think?
Hello! I recently got a white wizard (knight) philodendron, and its white spots are turning brown/cracking and having trouble unfurling. Iâm not sure how to fix this, I have a very small humidifier in the room, a fan and they get sunlight probably 4-5 hours a day. I also have a grow light on them that goes for 12 hours. What do I need to change to stop this from happening. I would hate to see my new Thai Constellation suffer from the same thing, thank you!
Hello, I am new to the philodendron world. I got this plant (white wizard) about a month ago and im getting all these new nodes, is there anything I should do about them? Tia!

Hello All, Beginner Philodendron dad here. Not really sure whats going on hereâŠat first I thought these dark spots were sun scorches but theyâre soft to the touch, more soft than the plant itself. These 2 are the worst of the leaves. There are 2 other leaves on this plant that the tips are starting to brown as well. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction on what to do?? Thanks!
