Got a White Princess Philo in the mail today, not much variegation but I’m hoping once he settles in and starts growing I’ll have more ā˜ŗļø

My Philodendron Splendid keeps giving me this double growth, I can’t figure out why. At first I was told it needs more humidity. I recently introduced a humidifier which I run for a few hours daily, added a moss pole, chunky good soil. It’s still a baby plant but you can see how it just isn’t gone down because it’s pushes one leaf then a second before the first one’s even done. Any tips would be great!

Hi! My blushing philodendron is pretty large in diameter. Am I supposed to use stakes to support the stems and keep it more vertical??

Hi, I just bought this pink princess today, and I’m not sure if these leaves are supposed to be slumped over like this. Can anyone tell me if this is okay or not, advice is needed!!

hi! i’m afraid there’s something wrong with my philodendron but i’m so new to plants i’m not sure what could be going on. i’ve had this one for about 2 months, but now some spots of the leaves are getting oddly thin & other ones are turning brown/falling off. i’m not sure what i’m doing wrong but i want her to thrive 😭 there are some spots with new growth, but i think there’s something going on :(

Where do I cut on my moonlight to prop in water? I don’t see nodes so I’m thinking just as close to the base or where the next leaf comes out? Thanks

Just wanted to share this beautiful surprise! Went on a trip for a week and a half and came back to my White Princess shooting out a leaf with gorgeous pink variegation. Would have never expected this!

I definitely wanna promote growth and she’s doing great in this pot but do we think I should repot her or not yet?

Just got my first philodendron pink princess from Trader Joe’s (for only $10.99!!) but it looks like the soil has mold. Is it okay to repot immediately or should I wait a few days for her to acclimate to my home?

Finally took the leap since I needed to repot after she got settled in anyways!!! I separated my ring of fire!!! Ahhh!!! Does everything look good??? I rinsed the roots as best as I could for the small ones on the towel and then dipped in rooting powder before putting them in water to establish better roots!!! Potted the ones with decent roots!! I’m so scared! lol

My white wizard’s newest leaves are turning yellow and the soil isn’t drying out, I got it fairly recently but I did repot it and put it into a more well-draining soil, any suggestions for what might be happening ? I’m worried it’s root rot

my prince of orange is looking not so orange anymore. everything else is fine, it’s in the sunniest, most humid spot i have. any ideas why?

Marc75

Had a baby hitchhiker on my new prince of orange 🄰 I’ve put him in a cup with moss covered in cling film with some holes. Is that the right thing to do or is there any suggestions?

My two new starter plants! Philodendron Majestic and El Choco Red! I’m excited about these two but curious how soon I should put them on a pole/support. They’re still little babies and only in 3ā€ pots so I don’t think anytime too soon. Also the leaf on the majestic got a little bent during shipping but it’s already starting to sort itself out.

Is there any help for my Birkin? I received it in January and it was thriving until about a month ago when the leaves started breaking off at the stem and it deteriorated quickly after that. It's not in a spot to receive direct sunlight, but most likely has been overwatered.

My PPP has spider mites. šŸ˜ž how do I get rid of these things? They killed one of my other plants because I noticed them too late and that plant had root rot. Can I save my PPP?
