My pink princess has been trying to open this leaf for two weeks. Should i be concerned? I’m up on watering, misting and she gets at least 7 hours of a grow light each day.

    No need for specific concern; philodendron definitely do this and it doesn’t mean the plant is sick, though the leaf won’t ever look right. If it happens a couple times then it can be a sign of calcium deficiency, so may be a good idea to check the calcium content of your fertilizer (if you use one) or start fertilizing (if you don’t)

    Also you can mist her if you like doing it, but it doesn’t make a difference in the plant’s health.
