How long does it normally take for a philodendron leaf to harden off? I’ve had this plant for a week and haven’t seen much change on it. It does have a new leaf trying to pop out of the stem of this leaf too. Just want to make sure I’m doing what I need to ensure a healthy princess. My humidity ranges from 50-60% in the plant room.
She looks great and perfectly happy!

Depends, but if you have leaves coming out wonky/not flattening out properly it’s usually due to poor lighting conditions. This is a new plant to you so it’s most likely that there’s not much you can do about the newest leaf. But the future leaves will be in your control.
