does anyone know why the plant is growing roots from the top? the leaf below isn’t damaged or feels unhealthy. is this a natural thing?

This is natural and what aroids do. They’re called aerial roots.

okay cool thank you! my monstera has huge aerial roots but i had no idea that philodendrons had them thank you!!
