I have a bunch of babies I’ve propagated from cuttings… how do I know when they need a moss pole? Or will a wooden pole do? I’m more familiar with monsteras.

    I prefer to use a stake instead of a moss pole, just because they’re cheaper and less maintenance. There are probably a few more benefits of using a moss pole, but using a stake also gets the plant climbing and increasing in size. And you can probably start any of these on a stake or moss pole at any time.

    I would recommend using a moss pole & waiting until the leaves grow out a little more or begin to drop/hang
