What can I do about this?? I rescued her a while back from Lowe’s but the center seems to look like this now. Is it from rot?

    That might be rot. Your best bet is to hope it starts a new stem from the base

    It does look like overwatering effects. Take her out of the pot and check those roots. Remove any black or mushy roots and flush with peroxide. Then repot her in fresh chunky soil. Godspeed! 💚💚
