This plant has given me new leaves before but this leaf has been exactly like this for a week now. Do I need to turn it off and back on again? Is there a charging port I’m missing? What’s going on? lol

    I read somewhere that plants had the help of wind and water to open outside. You could gentle jostle it and mist it (but i say this as a Plant Novice)

      Gotcha it must be really massive then lol I’ll give it some more time. I just keep checking it to make sure it’s not like getting crunchy and dying lol

    I’m not sure this is a blushing philodendron, the leaves don’t look right, nor does the growth pattern

      Then what is it? lol that’s what the pot said and when I scanned it in this app that’s what it told me lol. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m wrong, sometimes it’s hard to tell some plants apart.

      I’m not sure, all the scans I did came back as the same but mine looks totally different then yours

    When my philodendrons leaves seem stiff I give them a mist and a little gentle help to get unstuck

      As soon as I hit it with the mist and my finger touched it, it was like a rubber band snapped lol it just opened right up

    Misting occasionally can help new leaves, but my philodendron has been the slowest plant in my entire collection for leaf unfurling. Meanwhile my mom's other variety of philodendron has been one of the fastest
