I got this philodendron on clearance from Lowe’s and have had it for about a month and it keeps browning. I moved it away from my grow light so it’s not in direct sun. It does appear to be growing a new leaf so I think it’s okay but what might this browning be suggesting?
What’s the drainage like?

I have it too, definitely repot only lightly water it though make sure it has drainage and for now keep it somewhere away frim direct sun for a while so it can adjust to its new environment
2개 좋아요 I did, there wasn’t many roots so I repotted in a smaller pot with a chunky mix and moved her away from the direct sun. Thanks for the advice!

I haven’t had good experiences with buying plants from Lowes. I’ve had root rot issues and I would personally no longer buy plants from them.

Almost all my plants are from lowes and I have plenty strong healthy happy guys and gals. Probably need a repot or removed from the self watering pots.
