Is this normal/ok for my philodendron to have drops of water on leaves after I water it?

    mine do that occasionally. From my research, it's because you may have over watered and it's sweating it out :)

    it's called guttation. it's just the plant getting rid of the water it doesn't want. doesn't mean anything on it's own but if it continues to do that for several days or you begin to notice other signs of overwatering, it can be another sign

    I wouldn’t take it as a sign of overwatering as it actually helps prevent brown, crispy leaf tips. If you’ve just watered the plant, this is completely normal.

    Yep and, as stated by others, it’s called guttation. In some plants the liquid is sticky or can stain floors/carpets/tables/etc, so it’s good to check and see. I don’t think the guttation fluid is toxic but it’s probably good to check that first since some plants are toxic.
