Just got this new cutting - does it look like a philodendron? Or maybe a pothos?

    I’m leaning on Pothos. Maybe?

Looks like pothos, it lacks the curved lobes of philodendron leaves near the stem. To be sure, keep an eye on the new leaf growing. If it doesn't grow with anything around it and you can see the new leaf at the end of the vine after a while before it unfurls, it is definitely a pothos. If it grows either in the stalk of the vine until it's big enough to emerge or grows with a sheath that it unfurls from (called a cataphylls) , it is a philodendron.

Not 100% sure with the lighting of your picture, but that looks like a Scindapsus treubii 'Moonlight'
