sooo i feel like im a pretty experienced plant parent. yet one thing ive never been able to achieve is keeping the pink on a pink princess. any tips?! i just got a greenhouse cabinet, does the heat help maybe?

    I have been told to make sure there’s plenty of light, a little more than you would expect to give it. The pink doesn’t generate any chlorophyll, so it needs enough light for the green areas on the leaves to make the food it needs. If there isn’t enough green on leaves, it will need supplemental food in the soil/watering I believe. I’ve also been told that the genetics of your specific plant helps too, if there’s lots of big pink areas already, it’s more likely to have more in the future!

    I agree with beef, it’s just a different type of variegation - which occur to with lots of light. Good watering, a stake, and nutrient rich soil will help it get the pink to show
