Hi! I have 2 propagated Velvet Leaf Philodendron's that I'm hoping to transfer to soil. I have had no luck growing this particular plant in soil in the past. Looking for advice on the best soil mixture.

I currently have mine in a chunky soil mix: Regular potting soil + orchid bark + perlite I wish I had measurements but in all honesty I eyeballed it! I have another philo in this mix and it’s doing great. I have some other philos in a super chunky soil mix (coarse perlite, horticultural charcoal, coco coir, coco chips, potting mix, vegan fertilizer, earthworm castings) that I bought on Etsy and they also seem to be doing well in this mix

Bark, potting soil, and hydro balls!

The amounts were eyeballed as well but it's about half and half with the bark and then like a bit more hydro balls
