I got this philo persimmon on Thursday. It was in a box for maybe 3 - 4 days. AI has suggested that I replant it in water propagation or perlite. I’m not sure what do any suggestions?

    Hopefully I'm wrong but that looks pretty done for to me. (The stems does not look alive)

      Was it like that when you took it out of the box? If so, I would maybe try to get a refund

    It has one good one. I repotted it in a smaller container and and covered it with a clear lid
