Got this plant about a week ago with lots of new growth. Now the new leaves are browning and falling off. Do we know why she is unhappy?

    Is that just the sheath the leaf comes out of?

      I don’t think so… I have seen some of the dry sheaths come off and they looked different to these

    Wish I could help I have purchased two heart leafs and did everything I could to make it happy and they both started dropping leaves and never stopped 🤔 I want buy it again

    When that happened to me, I was told to increase light and water. Plant was already receiving enough water but I amped up the light and it turned right around. Is it receiving good light and water?

      Could be not enough light. I am going to move it closer to the window and see if anything changes

    If the piece falling off is floppy/squishy, not enough light, if it is stiff and crunchy, not enough water. Once you find their balance, they are a really fast growing plant, they're my favorite. Mine has vines as long as my SUV is tall.
