   It’s a white powdery fungus that shows up sometimes; it’s not inherently harmful to the plant at this stage (eventually could take over and suffocate the roots potentially but it takes a long time) but it’s often an indicator of overwatering. Happens to everyone sometimes. I usually repot mine in to clean soil while also spraying the roots with 3% hydrogen peroxide and then make an effort to back off on watering.

   That's flowerpot parasol or a closely related species of mushroom. It's totally harmless to plants (humans and pets shouldn't eat it) and just there enjoying the good soil. It can indicate overwatering if it blooms like this often, but if it's only an occasional thing, that's nothing to worry about. It'll make a cute little mushroom if you let it
