My mom has this plant and we’re trying to determine what it is!! Thinking a philodendron or anthurium of some sort….help pls!

It is a flamingo lily, so in other words it’s the latter(meaning it’s the second one).

Most likey the Anthurium andraeanum. The inflorescence vary in color for that spp.
