   Mosquito bits. Make tea with them and then water your plants with it when u would normally water. I’d recommend bottom watering as that works to prevent them from coming back for some people. Some people use yellow sticky traps but that only gets the adult gnats. I highly recommend just using mosquito bits and giving it time to kill the larva and prevent them from continuing to produce more.

   You can also use 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 4 parts water to water your plants and thst kills larvae as well. The zeevo plugin traps are amazing for adults
