Is this mold?? This is what the draining holes at the bottom of the 14”inch pot in which my Philodendron Red Congo lives. Should I dig him out and change the soil?

MulleinYou’re probably not eager to touch it lol, but is it hard or squishy? Maybe you can poke it with a stick. The reason I ask is that it also looks kind of like mineral buildup. But if it’s squishy though, then it is likely to be fungal after all. Haven’t seen anything quite like it in my own plants though

Luckily I have latex gloves handy 😉 It is soft and squishy 🥴
