Hello! I recently got a white wizard (knight) philodendron, and its white spots are turning brown/cracking and having trouble unfurling. I’m not sure how to fix this, I have a very small humidifier in the room, a fan and they get sunlight probably 4-5 hours a day. I also have a grow light on them that goes for 12 hours. What do I need to change to stop this from happening. I would hate to see my new Thai Constellation suffer from the same thing, thank you!

How often do you water it and what type of soil is it in? Have you checked the roots?

I follow Plantas watering schedule which I think is every 9 days, it’s in a mix of indoor soil, perlite, diatomaceous earth, and bark for some chunky stuff. I repotted it about a month or two ago and the roots looked healthy

my guess is lighting; how close is the grow light to the plant?
