Hey all! I’ve got a question for the collective, need some tips. I have a Philo painted lady I brought home and put in a self watering pot. She looks to have been well overwatered, droopy leaves, a few yellowed tips, soggy soil. I wouldn’t typically repot so quickly (it’s been less than a month) but I don’t want rot to become an issue that looses me more of her. What would you all recommend? Repot or wait for her to dry out?

    Repot it in a different pot. Change the soil. Remove the rot. Disinfect the roots with hydrogen peroxide. Disinfect hands, pot and tools.

      Aw, I was hoping I would t have to do that, I’m afraid of shocking ole girl, but I guess if I don’t get the rot out now, I’ll for sure lose her.

      The root rot will quickly kill it if you do nothing.
