hey yall! I just purchased a philodendron brasil on marketplace, the leaves are curling on it, and they are not vibrant what could be some things that I look out for with this? Right now I have it in water as I have with some others hoping I can get some stronger roots on it before planting Any tips are helpful thanks :)
Was it in bad shape when you picked it up? If not, it could be in shock due to the change of climate/lighting/temp/etc and may need time to acclimate to it’s new home
좋아요 1개Yes was curled up and one stem was not even in the soil properly literally hanging on by a thread
0개 좋아요 Okay, so it sounds like it’s just experienced some abuse from the previous owner. It should bounce back for you! I’ve never water propped philos, but I’m sure if it’s worked for you in the past it’ll work again for you :)
