    Probably reverting. Birkin is a complex hybrid, so it's probably just taking after one of its parent species

    Not enough light to sustain the variegation so it reverted. Birkin is a hybrid of a Congo which is what you’re seeing showing up. Congo is the original trait.

    So cool! My mom has one that is similar but has leaves that are big and reddish glossy like the Congo, but half like the Birkin. Cool to see just one wild leaf in the middle of the other typical leaves.
