I have two pieces of this Philo in water rooting and they're about ready to move to a pot with some dirt and I was wondering if I should give it a pot to grow into or if I should keep it small. I have a couple plants that LOVE being in smaller pots, helps them grow better, but I've never had a black gold before so I'm not sure what it likes and dislikes.
