I have this beautiful painted lady that is in perfect health. I even discovered she was two plants the last time I repotted, and gifted her sister to a friend. But now she’s taller than she is full, and I’m wondering if a haircut would encourage her to bush out? Would love some expert thoughts!
These vine. So the only way yo get a busier plant would be to chop and prop more into the pot. Another possibility is raise the light so that there isn't as much Etiolation between nodes

0 likes The higher light, the smaller the internodes grow between leaves. Its generally something you'd need to add a grow light for. Since vining is their natural pattern.

Yes. Chip her at the tip and she will be bushier if there are nodes to grow from. You want your nodes close so give her that good light. A moss pole will help too if you’re up for it. Her leaves will get bigger too.
