I'm just curious about my Birkin. It's doing good, currently has 2 or 3 new leaves trying to unfurl. Is this normal to have things so crowded at the base? Looks like more than one "vine" or plant. Should I try to separate or is it OK? I don't want it to be stunted in growth or struggle because it's so compacted.

0 J'aimeThis is my Berkin. There are basically 2 plants in the pot. It is thriving. I did add stakes for each, the leaves are large and heavy so it needed some support.
Very beautiful. So, it does look like their stems and leaves are compacted, close together. I guess I'm use to some other philos being more leggy.
