Hi there Philo Parents!! This is not a new thing, but I was just wondering: why do leaves get cuts in them? Even if they’re “new”, I notice that they’ll have little slivers in them. I don’t see any pests and I check regularly Thanks!

    First, i think this is a pothos not a philodendron. Also this is just mechanical damage, it happens and doesnt have any effect on the plant.

    i second the pothos statement - but it could be a humidity issue, this happened recently with my PPP's new leaf :)

    Low humidity causes this to happen.

    I agree with humidity, and would also consider nutrients. May need to be fed.
