Repost with updates. Still trying to identify this Philodendron. On close examination, the stems are green with many close together very thin, brown/red vertical lines. However, what I think are new leaves/stems coming in are totally brown/red. Help would be appreciated. It really irritates me to potentially have mis or unidentified plants for some reason!

    Philodendron moonlight, mine looks the exact same. The red is just the sheath that protects new leaves that emerge

      Does yours have those red brown vertical lines all over the stems, too? Or is that a common plant trait?
