Hi everyone. First time white princess philo parent here and I couldn’t be more excited. But not too thrilled about the brown spots on her leaves. I’ve only had her less than a month so wanted to know what the issue might be and nip it in the bud. She’s by a SW-facing window and skylight above. I water when soil is dry using the chopstick method (stick in for at least 2 mins). One of her leaves also curl in, not sure why. thank you 🙏🪴

It’s normal for the white parts on all variegated plants to brown, that’s because they can’t photosynthesize. I’ve seen people use liquid silica to keep the white parts from browning.

You could try getting it a humidifier (if you want to invest). Large white variegation is delicate, like Bella said, but higher humidity can help them last longer and also help with curling usually

I have started using a humidifier about a week or so ago on her, I read about that too. I’ve actually been moving my humidifier around for the plants (now we’re the ones without one lol plants are spoiled lol). Thank for the advice!!
