Legit cried before chopping down my three year old pink princess. She hit my ceiling and needed a chop. To be honest, I didn’t know what I was doing when I first got her. The goal is to prop and regrow with better soil, support, and overall care so she grows bigger and better than ever. Just had to share with people who understand. My friends all think I’m silly.

I had one that I was waiting for years to show pink before I finally realized it wasn’t a pink princess at all (the chain store definitely lied to me). Good luck to you!!

What’s the best advice you could give a new pink princess owner?? I have two babies and I’m soo nervous!
0개 좋아요 I gave mine a grow light on a 12hour timer and i think it made her super happy, that and I almost always wait until leaves are a little droopy before watering. I know I could stick my fingers in the soil to check but I kinda wait for a plant to tell me it’s thirsty before I ever water. I use tap water. I keep my house around 70 and I don’t really do anything for humidity. One thing I noticed is the leaves tend to need help unfurling, but if you try to “help” too early you can damage the leaves so just be careful. I beat my girl up quite a bit and she’s somehow still managed to grow nicely. I’m hopeful the post-chop growth will be just as healthy :)
